New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of East Hampshire’s pubs, bars or nightclubs, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Red Lion, at The Red Lion South Lane Chalton Waterlooville Po8 0bg was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 9.

And The Hawkley Inn, at Hawkley Inn Pococks Lane Hawkley Liss Gu33 6ne was given a score of three on December 9.

It means that of East Hampshire's 145 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 110 (76%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
