STAFF at Champneys Forest Mere, Liphook, have raised £103 for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust after taking part in a week of continuous exercise.

Champneys Forest Mere wellbeing and fitness manager Tom Callingham said: “The week was absolutely great and people got on with it. It went pretty well and loads of staff took part. It was a good team effort. We’ve raised money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust before, and they are a great trust. Raising money is always good.”
