A PARENT at Herne Junior School in Petersfield who has started a £10,000 fundraising drive for an outdoor gym hopes the first piece of equipment will be installed by Spring.

Magdalena Andrews-Dillamore started her fundraising by organising a 10km sponsored run around Petersfield Heath by parents and headteacher Tony Markham

She said: “We managed to raise £660, and Mr Markham raised £120. We are hoping to see first part of outdoor gym in Herne Junior School at spring.”
