THERE were lots of Christmas shopping opportunities at Liphook Infant School’s annual Christmas Fair.

The fair was organised by the Liphook Infant School Friends’ Association (LISFA).

Delights on offer at a variety of stalls included homemade cakes, Christmas cards, candles, jewellery, soft toys, sweets and other gifts.

There was a chance for the children to make a secret present, and to try games and activities, including trying to knock Father Christmas down the chimney.

Shoppers enjoyed seasonal food such as hot drinks, mince pies, cake and Dylan’s ice cream, while they browsed the stalls. They also enjoyed a performance of the school children singing Christmas songs.

Executive headteacher Michele Frost said: “It is wonderful to see our school community coming together to support an event like this.

“The children will benefit so much from the new facilities that we hope to provide.”
