LIPHOOK Golf Club members raised an amazing £22,000 in 2019 for the Haslemere-based Hunter Centre charity from various planned fundraising events run over the year.
The largest sum raised, more than £9,000, came from the Joint Captains Charity day in June, attended by a number of clubs and sponsored by local retirement village Bramshott Place and other local businesses.
The Hunter Centre provides care and stimulation for those living with dementia, and also gives daily respite for their carers and families.
