HAMPSHIRE Police are urging drivers to give drink and drugs the ‘red card’ as a crackdown gathers momentum.
Officers will be proactively testing drivers during the day and at night for drink and drugs.
Sergeant Rob Heard said: “Some drivers continue to ignore the risks and drive after drinking alcohol, or taking drugs.”
