A walk and film screening in South Harting as part of a project linking art, the outdoors and mental health, takes place on October 25.
In spring 2013, artists Nathan Burr and Louis Buckley walked the length of the South Downs Way, starting in Winchester and ending at Beachy Head.
Along the way, they walked and talked with everyone from farmers and psychologists to therapists and archaeologists, to explore the connections between suicide, mental health, myth and landscape.
The film, titled A 100-mile Conversation, documents the chain of conversations that took place over the nine-day journey.
On Saturday, October 25, there will be a walk from Harting Down to South Harting (1.5 miles) and back again for the second in a series of screenings of the film, A 100-mile Conversation, taking place along The South Downs Way. Walkers will be joined by artist Rosie Holmes.
