LMJL Millinery, based at Durleighmarsh Farm, will take part in the Royal Ascot Millinery Design & Sales Showcase on Saturday, April 25.
The event, hosted by Fashion Synergy Events at The Swiss Church in Covent Garden, will bring together a curated group of milliners to present their work on the catwalk.
LMJL Millinery is one of a select number of designers chosen, with pieces to be worn by professional models as part of a fully produced fashion show.
The opportunity was made available through the International Millinery Network (IMN), a global organisation supporting milliners through education, promotion and industry opportunities.
Katie Vale, director of the International Millinery Network, said: “This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for our members to step into a high-end fashion environment and have their work showcased on the catwalk.
“Opportunities like this not only elevate individual businesses, but also shine a light on the craftsmanship and creativity within the millinery industry as a whole. I’m so proud to see our members represented in such a prestigious London setting.”
LMJL Millinery will present a design reflecting its signature style, with the event offering exposure to fashion audiences, press and potential clients.
Lynn, of LMJL Millinery, said: “It is a true honour to be selected for such a prestigious event. I am delighted my hard work and dedication to the art of millinery is being recognised at a professional London runway show.”
The event is expected to attract fashion enthusiasts, industry professionals and members of the press, with all showcased pieces professionally photographed and promoted across digital platforms.
