THE MAGIC sponge is a common sight in football so it’s apt that a team of soap stars will take to the field in Horndean this weekend in aid of a Portsmouth charity.
A Hollyoaks team will take on a Football For Cancer (FFC) side this Sunday at Horndean FC with the action starting at Five Heads Park at 3pm.
The match has been arranged by Tiger Tiger Gunwharf Quays, which will host the stars on Saturday evening.
Tickets, which are limited to 500, are available in advance from the FFC shop on Cosham High Street and are priced £7 for adults and £5 for children over five.
Drinks and food will be available.
