CASH for good causes has been given out by the Petersfield South Downs Probus Club.
Cheques of £400 were presented by club chairwoman Jan Parry to delighted representatives from The Rowans Hospice and The Rosemary Foundation in the garden of The Half Moon pub at Sheet. Penny Powell of The Rosemary Foundation and Denise Fry of Rowans gave acceptance speeches thanking the club for its valued support.
The Probus club’s secretary Robin Hockley and treasurer Henry West also attended.
