LAND Rovers of all models and eras will be lining up for inspection at a popular annual event at the Rural Life Centre near Tilford.

Organised by the Central Southern Vintage Agricultural Club, The Land Rover Day is a chance for owners and enthusiasts of this tough workhorse to get together.

Some of the earliest examples of this iconic vehicle in production will be displayed, along with some of the most up to date.

They will all be putting their best tyre forward at the museum on Sunday, October 9, from 10am to 5pm.

Go along and meet the owners of the Series 1s, 11s, 11As and 111s, Defenders, Range Rovers, Discovery and Freelander.

Land Rover clubs will also be in attendance, with off-road Land Rovers also in the line-up. The on-site cafe will be offering refreshments.

There will be more than 40 classic tractors and engines in attendance, and all proceeds go to Macmillan cancer care.
