One resident reported hearing a “loud bang” at the time and power wasn’t fully restored until 10am on Monday.
Engineers from Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) had to cut power to a further ten customers between 9am and 9.40am on Monday to carry out repairs. They apologised to those affected and thanked residents for their patience during the work.
