People with ideas on how to make Petersfield a greener place have been encouraged to serve up their suggestions at a town centre restaurant.

Petersfield Climate Action Network (PeCAN) will hold an event for existing and prospective volunteers from 7pm next Tuesday (July 22) at the Folly Upstairs.

Guests will get the lowdown on what PeCAN is doing, is planned and how they can help to reduce carbon emissions and protect nature locally.

A relaxed evening is on the menu with a brief presentation followed by discussions and brainstorming with all ideas and feedback welcomed.

The group would also appreciate ideas on creating engaging and interactive elements for stalls at forthcoming events and input for the 2026 summer Eco Fair.
