IF YOU go down to the woods next Friday....

A creative day with an autumn and Hallowe’en theme will be held at Whitelands woods near Queen Elizabeth Country Park on October 30, 10am-3.30pm.

Elsa Donovan and Jonathan West will be running activities for five- to 12-year-olds.

The day will include fire-making and toffee apples, woodland walks and hunts, creating a spooky character using natural materials, creepy drama games and storytelling, and face painting, plus the chance to run wild in the woods, climb trees and play on the rope swing.
