THE LAST-EVER Millfest was the biggest and best yet, say organisers.
This year’s event was the last as the popular annual festival, which is held at the Rising Sun in Milland, bowed out in style on Saturday.
Rising Sun owner Ben Burston said: “This year’s Millfest was the biggest and best one yet.
“There was a really good atmosphere and there was a lot more for the kids to enjoy with a bouncy castle, face painting and a sweet stall.

“We had six really good interesting acts this year. A big thank-you to the village and everyone who came out.
“It’s the last Millfest for a variety of reasons. We’ve had a great run and it’s been fantastic but it’s time to stop.
“I would like to thank everyone in the village for their tremendous understanding and patience, which we appreciate.”
