AFTER complaints from residents in Clare Gardens in Petersfield about hot air balloons using Penns Place playing fields behind their houses early in the morning, Petersfield Town Council’s grounds committee agreed to write to local balloon companies saying that the start time for flights is now 7am, rather than 6.30am as before.
