THE LIPHOOK Crankers have reported that all the preparations are on track for the 2016 Liphook Bike Ride on Sunday.

After putting up the signs in the village, the Crankers rode the route the weekend before last with several members of Liphook and District Businessman’s Association, who showed support.

The aim was to check out the route conditions and any safety issues, and the roads are reported to be in good condition for the ride.

The start and finish will be at Bohunt School, and the start time will be 10am, with the junior ride at 10.30am.

The online registration at www.liphookbikeride.com is working well and more than 350 riders have already entered.

Those who have entered online will need to collect their number on the day, or from the Millennium Hall from 9am to noon on Saturday.

Those riders who have not registered can register on the day and pay in cash or by credit card.
