PORTSMOUTH Road has re-opened in Liphook, although it is not yet known when the road will return to normal use.
A one-way traffic light system has been in operation since the road re-opened, and it is not yet known how long the traffic light system will remain in place.
As previously reported, Portsmouth Road was shut from Moss Court flats to Liphook Square after a car crashed into a ground floor Moss Court flat on November 30 last year.
The road had been closed at the request of East Hampshire District Council's Building Control section since the incident....
