Liss branch of naval association is looking for members

NEW AND younger members need to be recruited if the Liss and district branch of the Royal Naval Association (RNA) is to survive.

This was the warning from branch chairman Bob Dean at its annual meeting held last month.

Membership of the RNA is open not only to all who have served or who are serving in the Royal Navy, but also to those who are sympathetic to the association’s aims. Membership costs £13 a year, and members have access to various facilities and discount offers.

Mr Dean was re-elected as chairman and all other committee members were re-elected for a further year.
