MOTORISTS can expect delays of more than an hour on the A3 this morning.

On Face book East Meon farmer Josh Whitear posted: “A3 north bound queuing from Buriton back to near to Horndean. Emergency services here.”

It follows a serious crash at the Buriton slip road near Petersfield which has one lane blocked northbound at B2070 and Weston Lane.

Traffic service ROMANSE reports delays of one hour and 40 minutes.

Hampshire Police and Highways England are attending, and advising motorists to find another route if they can.
