But what if there were a limit? Oliver and Bernadette are about to find out.
An intriguing two-person show – Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons – at Bedales imagines a world where we’re forced to say less; examining how we express ourselves, personally and politically, through the lens of one couple’s relationship.
The play, on Tuesday, January 26, at 7.30pm, is presented by Walrus, a young company of graduates from the University of Warwick.
It won three awards at the National Student Drama Festival last year, including judges’ commendations for writing and direction. And it sold out a 16-date run at the Edinburgh Fringe before a stint in London.

Also in the school’s Olivier Theatre is a treat for jazz fans on Tuesday, February 2, at 8pm.
Award-winning trombonist, composer and arranger Tom Green (pictured front) brings his septet to Hampshire, as part of the Bedales’ jazz series. He is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music jazz course, has performed at iconic venues including Ronnie Scotts, and brought out acclaimed album Skyline last year.
