THEY are a four-piece band from Liss but now Loyd will see their dreams come true as they play at Victorious Festival.
The rock band, spearheaded by drummer Tim Stokkereit formed two years ago and have performed at venues across the area – including a slot at Butserfest last year.
Now, Tim said they are looking forward to the challenge as they take to the Butserfest stage in Southsea on Sunday.
“It’s really cool to play at Victorious. It’s going to be fun. I am looking forward to it for the experience. I think it’s really great that they are inviting new local bands to have a chance to play alongside bigger bands like Stereophonics and Elbow.
“It gives them a chance to have a big audience as well.” The group play rock music and they write their own tracks.
Tim is inspired by Aerosmith, Guns n Roses and Slipknot.
“I was into heavy metal when I was younger. I have got into rock and classic rock over the last two years,” he said.
“I have always enjoyed songwriting. My dream is to be a rock star. I’ve been inspired by rock bands to be the next big thing. That has always been what I wanted to do.”
