There’s a chance to play in the river at Selborne during half term.
In this two-hour led activity, families will be able to search for the invertebrates in the river, identify them and then help local birds survive the winter by making bird feeders to take home.
Children must be accompanied by an adult (one adult per child).
The activity is suitable for children age five and older.
Suitable wet weather clothing should be worn.
The event runs Wednesday and Thursday, October 28 and 29, 10am-noon and 1pm-3pm each day at the Gilbert White Field Studies Centre.
The cost is £6 per child, accompanying adults free.
