ALMOST 200 motorists were caught using their mobile phones behind the wheel during a week-long crackdown by officers in Hampshire.
A total of 190 drivers were stopped by Roads Policing Officers from the Joint Operations Unit as part of a nationwide initiative. This is a 36 per cent increase compared to the same time last year.
