THE COOLEST mum in Bordon is getting reacquainted with her everyday wardrobe after completing a festive “dressing-up” for the RSPCA.

Katie Pollard dressed up as Mrs Claus every day until Christmas Eve in a fundraising tribute to her late dad and animal lover, Rob Hunt.

She was North Pole-axed with the support as she raised an impressive £1,015, with town firm PSC Electrics Limited boosting that figure with a generous donation.

The fundraiser said: “It was harder than I thought it would be and by the end I was happy to get back into normal clothes.

“But I’m so pleased I raised the money for the charity and the lady from the RSPCA was so lovely and grateful.”

The 40-year-old decided to take part in a sponsored “dressing-up” for the RSPCA in a tribute to her late dad, who died nearly four years ago.

Christmas was in his blood as he was born on Boxing Day and was equally fond of dressing up as Santa for his kids.
