The ever-popular Liss Beer and Music Festival returns to The Triangle Centre this weekend.
Not only will there be ten local beers, the Hogmoor Distillery Gin Bar is going along with its gin and cocktails.
Liss Brass Band kicks off the festival that runs from 2pm to 11pm on Saturday, followed by The Kinds Pond Shantymen at around 4.30pm.
Then in the evening local covers band Bluestone Bills will be playing laid-back blues through to foot-stomping rock ‘n’ roll.
Local band Mornington Crescent will round off the evening with a mix of excellent covers and amazing vocals.
Food will be provided by Liss Scouts who are running a barbecue until 9pm.
Afterwards, the Triangle volunteers will be offering snacks or pulled- pork rolls to help soak up some of the beer!
Triangle Centre manager Karen Feeney said: “We would like to thank our sponsors and in particular White Rose Garage, who are the main sponsors.
“Thanks also go to Liss Garage Services, The Larder, Syn Star, Sarah Redfern and ADP Plumbing who have all kindly sponsored a beer for us.
“We do hope people come along and join us at this fundraising event.”
Tickets are £6.50, including a commemorative glass, and are available on the day or via the website www.liss-triangle-centre.org.uk
