TAKE That fans were in their element as a tribute band thrilled crowds at Petersfield Rugby Club’s music festival.

MusicField was a culmination of eight hours of live music, with Fake That bringing the festival to an end.

The family-friendly affair also featured face painting, bouncy castles and a sweet hut. There was also a barbecue and a hog roast while real ale drinkers enjoyed tipples from microbreweries.

The festival opened with a slot dedicated to offering four young, up-and-coming bands the opportunity to play to a festival crowd.

The main bands then took to the stage including the Reprobeats, Heathrow Jets and Big Red Ass.

All profits from the event will go towards improving the facilities at the club to provide a better rugby experience for both children and adult players. Club chairman Stuart Barden said the event was a huge success.
