A HELP and advice service for carers who look after those physically or mentally in need of help is being hosted by a Petersfield church.

The new Carers Hub at Petersfield Methodist Church in Station Road offers a range of services and advice to those in the caring field, and those they care for.

And those being cared for are also welcome to come along to the meetings on the first Tuesday of the month sponsored by BlueBird Care of Petersfield.

A spokesman said: “Carers will be able to access support and information, organisations and professionals, and meet other carers in the area.”

The next meeting is on Tuesday, August 2, from 10am to 4pm. Soup and a roll will be available at cost price, or those attending are welcome to bring a packed lunch
