ENJOY a tea party like no other when Four Score Years and Ten, a new play exploring what it’s like to be an older person in contemporary Britain, tours to arts venues and rural village halls in Hampshire and Northamptonshire this month.
The audience is invited to enjoy tea and cake alongside other partygoers in this humorous, revealing and touching price of inter-active verbatim theatre which has been co-produced by Hat Fair and Flintlock Theatre.
The play was written by Anna Glynn following interviews with six 90-year-old Winchester residents.
Four Score Years And Ten will tour to seven arts venues and six village halls. Tickets are free, although booking is essential. Tickets include tea and cake.
It is at Froxfield Village Hall on September 27 and 28 at 7pm.
To book tickets visit hatfair.co.uk or call 01962 840440.
Four Score Years and Ten will also be at The Spring Arts Centre, Havant, on September 20.
