POLICE have confirmed a pedestrian injured in a collision at East Worldham near Bordon has died.

The 35-year-old man from Farnham was taken to Southampton General Hospital on Friday, July 21, after the collision with a Scania HGV lorry on Green Street, the B3004, at 3.05pm.

He died on Tuesday, July 25, in hospital, and his next-of-kin have since been supported by specialist officers.

The driver of the lorry, a 38-year-old man from Tamworth, remains under investigation.

Investigations into the collision are continuing and anyone with information about it is asked to call Sergeant Mark Furse, from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, on 101, quoting 44170280821.
