A SNAPSHOT of Petersfield life in the form of a book, created by the Petersfield Society, has been launched officially.

A Celebration of Petersfield; A Town and its People is a 248-page full colour book which took a year for its volunteer publishing team to compile.

Following various themes such as family businesses, schools, music and sports, it also has quirky facts and interesting historical notes.

The book was officially launched at One Tree Books, Lavant Street, last Wednesday and is on sale there, priced £20. Nearly 200 copies have been sold already.....
