PETERSFIELD Cricket Club held a charity day to raise money for the Bloodwise charity, which helps research treatment for lymphoma and leukaemia.

The charity day featured a cricket match, stalls, games, barbecue, bar and a raffle. The event was organised by ladies captain Katie Jackson.

Katie’s partner Jake said: “The charity day went really well and the weather held out which was good. We had a good game of cricket and fun was had by all. We raised around £600 and it was an excellent day all round.”
