MORE than 90 cubs, scouts, beavers, explorer scouts and leaders and families from Petersfield and surrounding villages including Sheet, Liphook and the East Hampshire Villages troop, paraded through Rams Walk to St Peter’s Church in Petersfield to celebrate St Georges Day on April 23, led by the Reverend Will Hughes.
Petersfield District Cub Leader Melanie Robinson said: “It was an excellent turnout. St George is the Patron Saint of Scouting and the vicar spoke about young people doing their best, as St George did.”
