And his actions have led to the clearing of the large amount of builders' house renovation rubbish – including a sunbed and six doors – which blocked a track up to the picturesque hangers from Cockshott Lane in Froxfield.
"That sort of thing makes my blood boil," says Will, who was out walking dogs with his family when he came across the fly-tip just after new year.
He extracted an invoice from the huge heap, phoned the contractor on it who directed him to....
