PETERSFIELD to the Somme and back again was the cycling challenge completed by eight friends, including Mike Swan, to mark the 100th anniversary of the First World War battle.
They took part in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Thiepval Monument after arriving in France. The group were raising money for Fishing for Forces, which takes wounded personnel on fishing trips.
