THIS year’s winners in the annual Petersfield in Bloom competition have been announced.

Eight judges from Clanfield Gardening Club, East Meon and Privett were joined by Petersfield town councillors on four different routes around the town last Thursday to look at homes, offices, schools, clubs, streets, pubs and more.

And they expressed delight at the high standard of entrants across the town.

The town council, which hosted a reception for judges with town mayor cllr James Deane, thanked all those who had once again made it such a success.

The prizegiving will be held on October 6 at the Festival Hall with gardening expert Pippa Greenwood.
