A PETERSFIELD man arrested at the town’s rail station has been charged with a grooming offence.
Mark Morgan, 44, of Osier Road was bailed after being arrested at the station at about 2pm on Wednesday, October 5.
He has now been charged with a grooming offence, said police, and has been bailed to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Tuesday, January 12.
