AFTER more than three and a half years with Petersfield Museum, Education and Outreach Officer Amanda Harwood is leaving for fresh fields and pastures new.
She it taking on the role of Learning and Community Engagement Officer at The Novium museum in Chichester.
During her time with the museum Amanda has significantly increased school visits by expanding the museums’ education programme to include new loans boxes, workshops and events such as the popular Interfaith Days.
She has managed an excellent adult learning programme and made the museum and gallery more widely known, and the artists have got to know her as the efficient manager of the Flora Twort Gallery’s temporary exhibitions programme.
A museum spokesman said: “We thank Amanda for her outstanding work and wish her all the very best in all her future endeavours.”
