CHURCHERS College in Petersfield is to provide a new and exciting venue for the popular Save the Children Christmas Fair.

Now to be held over two days, there will be a wonderful selection of new stalls offering a wide range of items you simply won’t see on a high street, say organisers.

These include stands selling jewellery, homeware and decorative items, luxury fashion goods, gifts for men, toys, wines, educational tools, and art ware.

A fair spokesman said: “Our gift fair wouldn’t be complete without our wonderful raffle where you can win gorgeous quality gifts, as well a wide selection of delicious homemade cakes to purchase, all lovingly home made by our experienced team of volunteers.

“We are also happy to announce that a local event catering company called Pesto Food will be providing mouth-watering dishes using fresh, high quality and locally sourced ingredients throughout both days.

“So why not meet your friends there and have a lovely bite with coffee before enjoying browsing and shopping at the stalls -- we’re sure there will be something to tempt everyone.”

The fair will be open on Friday, October 28, 11am to 5 pm, and Saturday, October 29, 10am to 4pm.

Entrance is £4, which includes a beautiful hessian bag, kindly donated by The Country House Company.

Car parking at the school is free.
