FORMER students of The Petersfield School who are now high flyers, or have interesting careers, are being asked to inspire pupils at the school now.
Teacher Kit Curtis-Raleigh said: “We celebrate the achievements of our students, but we would also like to celebrate the achievements of those who have translated their academic success into life success.
“We would like to use their achievements of former students as the basis for an inspirational display in a prominent place in the school.
“The idea is to encourage current pupils to achieve their ambitions and to show that life beyond school can be exciting and fun.”
Among the school alumni is an IT multi-millionaire, a successful author, a cyclist selected to train for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, doctors, and lawyers.
Former students of all eras with a success story are asked to contact Mr Curtis-Raleigh for a chat about their memories of the school, and what part it may have played in their achievement.
Those who would like to help inspire the current crop of TPS students are asked to contact Mr Curtis-Raleigh by email at [email protected]
