THE Petersfield Society will be announcing the winners of its yearly award at the annual meeting.

The Owl Award is presented by the society president, and can be given for any building, project or proposal, felt to be of high standard and praise worthy.

This year’s winner will be revealed at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the society on Wednesday, June 16, at 7.30pm in the Herne Farm leisure centre, Moggs Mead, Petersfield.

During the meeting the new committee will also be introduced, as will projects for the coming year.

A society spokesman said: “Everyone is welcome to come along, and there will be refreshments served during the evening.”
