PETERSFIELD Stroke Support Group’s successful annual summer fayre will enable members to continue another year of activities to help stroke survivors and their families in and around the town.

The fair, held at Petersfield Community Centre at Ramshill, attracted a good crowd who not only enjoyed browsing the stalls and enjoying refreshments but were treated to musical entertainment from one of the group’s volunteers, Max, as well as The Choir Company and the Wacky Wednesdays ukulele band.

A raffle, with prizes provided by individuals and town businesses, helped swell the fair’s proceeds to more than £1,000 towards running the self-supporting group’s weekly meetings.
