Mr Stanley added the council would like to encourage groups, schools, organisations, local people and businesses to get involved.
He said: “Anyone wishing to participate needs to be aware this event is not for profit – money can be raised for local charitable organisations, preferably within the parish.
“We plan to provide a stage for entertainment by local people who love to perform. More details will be available soon, but if you know someone who might like to show off their talent, let them know.”
