AN OUTLINE planning application for 36 residential units, associated open spaces, landscaping, access and car parking at land north of Hartford Cottage, 99 Headley Road, Liphook, has been refused by planners.

The decision was made on Wednesday, February 3. The plans were refused as it was felt they would harm the environmental sustainability and were not a sustainable development.
