CONSULTATION on the Liss Neighbourhood Plan has got the go ahead.

Liss Parish Council has agreed that the pre-consultation draft of the plan should be published.

The plan will be exhibited in the village hall from 2pm to 5pm tomorrow (Saturday) and an eight-week consultation period will begin on Monday and end on Monday, May 16.

The plan sets out where 150 homes on greenfield sites should be built over the next 12 years.

Supporting policies in the plan cover a wide range of subjects, including landscape, open space, infrastructure and facilities in the village.

The plan and a large volume of work supporting the plan will be available on the plan’s website and a copy of the plan will be available to read in the parish council offices, the Triangle Centre and various other locations around the village.
