AN APPLICATION for a detached double garage with room over, set astride boundary of both properties at 20 and 22 Shotterfield Terrace, Liss, has been refused by planners.

The decision was made on Wednesday, January 27. It was refused because it would lead to a loss of privacy for neighbouring occupants.
