A PLANNING application for an area of hard standing to be used as an overflow car park at Churcher’s College Junior School has received planning permission.

The decision to approve the planning application for the site at Midhurst Road, Liphook, was made by planners on Friday, February 12.

The planning application was the latest in a number of building projects at the school.

In 2014 it received planning permission for a replacement two-storey classroom block following the demolition of a single-storey classroom block at the school.

The new classroom block was officially opened in September 2015.
