A PLANNING application for a single-storey front extension at Bennath, Mill Road, Liss, has been refused by planners.

It was considered unacceptable by East Hampshire District Council planners in Petersfield because its size and design would detract from the character and appearance of the local area. It did not comply with policies of the East Hampshire Joint Core Strategy.
