BEDALES school in Steep is making the final preparations for its popular annual Dog Show and Fete, which is set to take place this weekend.

Chairman of Governors and former student Matthew Rice will provide commentary, and he will be joined by guest judges Jonathan Harwood of St Peter’s Vets and Clare Cannon of Canine Partners.

Those without a dog needn’t miss out on the fun, as there will be live music, barbecue, bar, tea tent, bouncy castle, water fight zone and coconut shy, as well as other games and activities for all ages during the fete on Saturday, from 12.30-4pm. Entry is £2 for adults, £2 per dog class, and children are free.
