PETERSFIELD police are appealing for appealing for information after two incidents on a business park on a road out of Petersfield which saw a unique engine and scrap metal stolen.

The thefts happened on the Buriton Business Park on Mapledurham Lane, which is off The Causeway.

The first between 11.15pm and 12pm on Thursday, February 2, saw scrap metal stolen from a skip and window smashed.

Petersfield and East Hampshire Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Almera Toogood said: “If you have any information relating to this incident please contact the police on 101 and quote reference 44170043211.”

Then over the weekend between Friday, February 3 and Monday, February 5, a “unique motor engine and "unique equipment” were stolen after thieves broke into a business on the small business park.
